Our story
Built around variety.
Alpha Cafe was built around variety. We wanted a cafe where guests could order real food, desserts, fresh drinks and coffee without having to choose between different places.
Some guests come in for burgers, tacos, paninis or club sandwiches. Others stop by for a falooda, a milkshake, a fresh juice, a matcha or a Justspresso coffee. That is the idea behind Alpha: a menu that works for meals, desserts, coffee runs and group visits alike.

Pair a coffee or matcha with food and dessert, or have it on its own — morning, afternoon or late at night. Cappuccino, flat white and Americano, plus lattes running from hazelnut to madeleine, tiramisu and matcha. You'll find it at Aliana / Richmond, Sugar Land and Austin, and the Justspresso cart travels for events.

Office lunches, birthdays, graduations, weddings, school events, family gatherings and private celebrations.
Choose from burgers, tacos, quesadillas, paninis, club sandwiches, party trays, desserts, fresh juices, milkshakes, coffee and matcha. Food truck and on-site service may also be available for select events, depending on date, location, guest count and setup.
The Justspresso coffee cart travels too — a coffee bar for private events, office functions, school events and pop-ups, with lattes, matcha and espresso drinks. Availability depends on the same things.
