About Alpha
One café,
every craving.
Alpha Dessert Juice Cafe is an all-day café: burgers, tacos, paninis and quesadillas on one side of the counter, falooda, milkshakes, ice cream and fresh juice on the other, and the Justspresso bar pulling coffee and matcha through to close.
It started as a dessert and juice counter and grew into a full kitchen, which is why the menu refuses to pick a side. Five kitchens across Houston and Austin now run the same one.

Questions we get a lot
Are you open late?
Most kitchens run 11am to 11pm, and until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Wilcrest is the exception at both ends — it opens at 1pm and closes at 10pm, or 11pm on Fridays and Saturdays. Check yours on the locations page.
Can I dine in, pick up, or get delivery?
All three. Sit down at any kitchen, order online for pickup, or have it brought to you through our delivery partners.
What do you serve?
Fresh juices and smoothies, shakes, faloodas and ice cream, Justspresso coffee, burgers, tacos, paratha rolls, chaat and savory sides — 114 dishes across thirteen sections. The list varies a little by location.
Is your food halal?
Yes. We use halal meat and carefully source ingredients from halal suppliers. Contact us if you have questions about specific menu items.
Do you cater?
Yes — party trays from any kitchen, plus food truck service for qualifying private events. Tell us about your event on the catering page.
Where are your locations?
Five kitchens. Four around Houston — Aliana / Richmond, Sugar Land, Hillcroft and Wilcrest — plus one in Austin.
How do I order?
Press Order Now and pick your location, then choose pickup — ordered direct from us — or delivery through Uber Eats or DoorDash. We remember your location, so the menu and hours follow it across the site.
